EMDR Consultant & Clinical Supervisor
blending systems thinking, parts work and somatic wisdom.
Working with therapists Australia-wide
Hi I’m Rachael : she / her
I am an Accredited EMDR Consultant and Clinical Supervisor - supporting therapists in navigating the complexities of trauma with compassion, clarity, and depth.
This work asks so much of us and having a reflective space to pause, process, and grow can make all the difference.
Whether you're seeking EMDR Consultation or Clinical Supervision, this is a grounded and relational space to deepen reflection, strengthen confidence, and support you within this work.
Together, we explore your clinical questions, uncertainties, and evolving edges with care and curiosity, always anchored in your values and therapeutic integrity.
A Relational Approach to Consultation & Supervision
EMDR Consultation
EMDR Consultation for Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Psychologists - at all stages of their journey - from those beginning to integrate EMDR into clinical practice following basic training, through to experienced practitioners wanting to deepen their confidence and understanding of more complex presentations.
My approach is grounded, relational, and reflective, supporting you to move beyond protocol alone and into a deeper understanding of the person, the nervous system, and the patterns held within the therapeutic process.
Together, we may explore case conceptualisation, target mapping, attachment dynamics, dissociation, and relational or intergenerational patterns - recognising how present-day experiences are often connected to deeper emotional and relational themes rather than isolated past events alone.
Consultation is not only about developing EMDR skills, but also about supporting you to feel more present, resourced, curious, and connected within the therapy.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision is for clinicians - seeking a grounded, relational, and reflective space to support both the work itself and the therapist within.
Supervision with me invites curiosity, depth, and thoughtful exploration of the therapeutic process and formulation - including relational dynamics, attachment patterns, trauma, boundaries, self-as the-therapist, and the emotional impact of the work itself.
Together, we create space to deepen understanding, explore complexity, strengthen confidence, and remain connected to both your clinical integrity and wellbeing.
Couples Therapy Supervision
Couples Therapy Supervision for therapists wanting to deepen their confidence, understanding, and attunement within relational work.
Grounded in a systemic lens as a Clinical Family Therapist, supervision may include exploration of attachment dynamics, intergenerational patterns, nervous system processes, schema patterns and modes, emotional reactivity, conflict cycles, betrayal and repair, and the wider relational systems influencing the couple relationship.
Together, we create space to reflect on the therapeutic process, explore complexity with curiosity, and support both you as the therapist and the relationship unfolding within the work.
